Sealite Acquires and Commissions Assets of Specialised Tooling Company
By mutual agreement Sealite has purchased the assets of Rhur Tooling Pty Ltd who specialise in the design and manufacture of precision made pressure aluminium die-cast and plastic injection moulding tools.
Sealite has a long association with Rhur Tooling who have, for many years, manufactured dies for the lenses and components of our products.
The purchase will bring specific benefits to Sealite including:
• In-house manufacture of dies to complement Sealite’s injection moulding facilities
• Additional skills and expertise associated with complex tool design allowing Sealite to further enhance their ingenuity in being able to provide customers with leading-edge products
• Faster turnaround on new products to greatly increase speed to market
